Jae met us at the door and took care of us from there. He wasn't pushy and was very friendly. We had our max budget and Jae and his manager, Mike, worked to help us get as close to that range as possible. They then worked with financing to help us get a monthly payment we were comfortable with. The car buying process can be such a hassle, but they helped make it go smoothly. Keep in mind, that the process itself does take time, but I don't think that is really anything they can control. More
