He is the definition of professionalism, and he goes above and beyond to make your experience as stress-free and very relaxing as possible. Anyone knows how buying a car could be overwhelming and stressful. Dominique has a way of making you relax and feel comfortable. He is patient, knowledgeable and attentive. I love his process.... First, his focus is on the person, his conversations about your work, your family, generally how is life going.... all supersede car buying. He pays attention to the whole person, which gives him a window into what vehicle would best be suited for you. We had a fabulous salesperson My husband and I had leased a CRV from this dealership 3 years ago and since the lease was coming near the end of term, we reached out to Mr. Odum onl My husband and I had leased a CRV from this dealership 3 years ago and since the lease was coming near the end of term, we reached out to Mr. Odum online. An appointment was set for today. We arrived early, and Mr. Odum was occupied with another customer, so he set us up with Dominique Vattuone. Dominique was personable, thorough, knowledgeable, and just terrific. We test drove both the HRV and the CRV and Mr. Vattuone made certain we had all the information we needed on both vehicles. With the utmost patience he helped us reach the best decision for our needs. Mr. Mahaman Kolo was the finance manager who worked with us, and he made our having to hand over the initial payment calming and pleasant. He explained everything, and dotted every i and crossed every t. Mr. Kolo was truly delightful. We even got a hello and a thank you from the gentleman who ran the numbers for us today. To our happy surprise, while we had been with Mr. Kolo, Mr. Vattuone had taken all of our belongings from the car we were returning, and has placed them perfectly into our newly leased HRV. He then went step by step through the features of the car to be positive that we were comfortable before driving off of the lot. He even set up my cellphone for the voice activated calling feature. Mr. Vattuone made the entire event of leasing a car more stress free than I could ever have imagined. We would definitely recommend Criswell Honda if one is interested in buying or leasing a car, and we will be telling everyone we know to ask for Dominique Vattuone. Prior to this, we had researched through the Internet and read many revi We purchased a 2018 Accord last week from Chriswell Honda in Germantown, MD. Prior to this, we had researched through the Internet and read many reviews, went to look at cars at various dealerships..and then on a Sunday morning we emailed several dealerships with a specific inquiry. Chriswell Honda--Kevin Ferguson --was the first to respond, and not only did I get an "automatic " reply from Chriswell Honda, but also a personal note from Kevin, responding to my inquiry, and when I replied with a question, (on a Sunday, when the dealership was closed), Kevin promptly sent another email, with a concise reply to my question. (He was working on his day off.) We met with Kevin the following day, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and we liked his tenure with Chriswell and the fact he had a strong background in Honda service and through our conversation he clearly demonstrated how well he knows the cars. Kevin worked with us to put together a deal to fit our budget, and coordinated our Costco benefits for discounts in buying the car. He was super about our trade in, and got us a decent deal on that, much appreciated. He handled every detail in the best possible way. At every decision point, he gave us all the information so WE could make the best choices for us. No pressure, just helpfulness and attention. Prior to coming in, we had pretty much thought we'd decline any extended warranties offered, because we know Honda is a good car, and so why should we go for additional warranties? But we changed our minds-and did it freely after meeting Jessica Baum, and taking a few minutes to get a full explanation of what is and isn't covered by the 3 and 5 year warranties. It was easy to conclude that we wanted the 7 year extended plan. There was no pressure whatsoever to take these, but the plans are so good and not expensive, and weighing everything it just made best sense. Jessica couldn't have been a better rep to explain how these warranties work in detail, and the advantages. Jessica is an encyclopedia of knowledge who knows the information inside out and told us to stop in any time with any coverage question that pops up in the future. Everyone we met went out of their way....Gary Graves, who leads the Lojack and Cilajet group was great, and took extra time to explain how the Lojack technology works. He's a retired dentist --and a quality person and you can tell he's an important part of the Chriswell team. All in all, quality people, a great car, and a top notch experience beyond expectations!
