The manager, Umar, went out of his way to get my car of choice from another dealership because they did not have the color I wanted - all of this happened in less than 24hrs! Jessica, the financial person stayed way past her off time because I could not make it there any earlier. She, as well as everyone else in the dealership, was so patient with me and addressed all my questions. They beat another dealer's offer and I could have not asked for better service AND price! Overall I’m satisfied with the experience and with the used car I purchased. My only complaint is the finance guy. I knew he was going to do the hard sell on the warranty but I pushed back and he acquiesced. However, as I’m about to sign the loan application I noticed that the monthly payment was more than what he had already told me it would be. Upon further inspection he had included a life insurance plan that would pay off the vehicle if I died. I did not ask for that and he did not tell me it was included. I found that to be very shady and really turned me off. When I called him on it, he told me it was in my best interest because if I died, “the car would go to the finance company, not your spouse”. Which is of course complete xxxxxxxx. The car is in both of our names. He reluctantly removed the insurance and I got the car at the originally agreed upon monthly payment. More

This last time I needed service done for my car, I decided to go somewhere cheaper for my wallet, I came to find out that it was a waist of time for this place had no updated equipment to do a proper diagnostic test on my Honda Odyssey, so I desired to came back to Chriswell Honda for they have always done an excellent job on my car. My husband had already communicated to Brandon Lindsey the exact vehicle I was interested in. He had the car out front waiting for us when we arrived. The entire team we worked with, Brandon Lindsey, Rameez Haq, Mike Tomazos, and Andy Russo, were professional and enjoyable. They each made the process stress free, which was amazing because I detest the entire car buying process. They truly care about the customer and satisfying the customer as opposed to their customers just being a number. They were personable and genuinely wanted to make us happy. We will certainly be back in the future as well as refer family and friends to them. More
A terrible service I leased a Honda Accord 2017 last year. In October. Within two weeks the entertainment console/ display was not working. I have taken the car to the service three times and up to now the problem has not been fixed. Nobody has explained what the problem is. I left the car at Criswell service Germantown at 9 am. Up to now nobody has called to tell me what is going on. I called a short while ago and was asked to hold on for 11 minutes when I decided to hang up I am very disappointed with service. I am beginning to regret whether Criswell sold me a faulty product, unable to fix the problem, or simply uncaring/inefficient. We are incurring transport costs and being inconvenhanced. Beyond great My wife and I were heading home to NW Ohio early Jan 16th when the tire pressure warning light came on just as we hit I-270N. Not wanting to chance a My wife and I were heading home to NW Ohio early Jan 16th when the tire pressure warning light came on just as we hit I-270N. Not wanting to chance a flat tire in a snowstorm, I exited at Father Hurley Blvd and pulled into a shopping center. My wife found the the Honda dealer in Germantown on her non- GPS phone. A patient woman ( Tina? or Tania?) in service figured out where we were from the names of the shops and gave us directions to Criswell Honda. When we pulled into the service dept.,a young white man quickly directed me to an area where the tires could be checked and inflated. My wife went to the customer lounge. An older black man checked our tires and inflated all of them to the proper pressure. He then reset the tire pressure warning light. He was very efficient, helpful, friendly and courteous. There was no charge and no paperwork. I moved our 2014 Accord outside and went to the customer lounge to get my wife. Our only complaint is that the service was done so quickly that my wife did not have time to finish her delicious coffee. We will be returning to Wash. this year and dropping off a plate of cookies for the service dept. if we can find Amaranth Drive again. More
