Look no further I live roughly 2 hours away from this dealership but it was definitely worth the drive. Jae Lim was the representative who wowed me and made the shopp I live roughly 2 hours away from this dealership but it was definitely worth the drive. My sales personnel Yanet Lopez was very pleasant and she will have my business where ever she sells vehicles if she is selling Honda's or Toyotas. If this review was based off of here alone I would have given a 5+ star. She was awesome. Now for the 4 stars, I felt pressured with the finance manager when it came to buying extended warranty coverage. I had made my mind up I was not going to buy extended warranty this time around because I have never used it one time on these autos in the past. But all in all he was a good guy just doing the job I guess. Over all experience with out a star rating was pleasant. More

Great experience!! We had a great experience with Dominique at Criswell Honda. We were extremely satisfied with the price and the car we purchased (2017 CR-V). Most importantly, we liked the no-stress, friendly atmosphere (Dominique even gave us pizza while we waited for the car to be prepped/detailed - this was a really nice touch and much appreciated). Overall, we really enjoyed whole car purchasing experience (which is rare to say the least as everyone knows) which I think is as important as getting a good price and buying the right car. Dominique also seemed like he really enjoys what he does, which we thought was great. Overall, we would highly recommend Dominique and Criswell Honda! Please keep it up!! More
