No wheel alignment report I took my car for a wheel alignment, and it took them almost four hours to finish it because they only have one machine available for that service and I took my car for a wheel alignment, and it took them almost four hours to finish it because they only have one machine available for that service and they were stuck with another car.They had to do the alignment in another nearby dealer and I did'nt get the report of the wheel alignment.So, I have no idea if they did the alignment. Moreover, they "did" a multi inspection report, but it was not given to me,either. Ten days later, a representative called me to do a survey, and I explained to her my situation. She told me that I was going to get a call from the manager. Since then, I am waiting for that call. I will never buy a car from this dealer. More

In this last latter case the agent that helped us was Mohamed Jalloh. It was a pleasure to do business with him. We initially called Criswell and were transferred with Mohamed who helped us over the phone and then continued to help us later that day when we drove to the dealership. It was really a pleasure to do business with Mr. Mohamed since he honored everything we had discussed over the phone when we arrived to the dealership. This is something we value since in other dealerships this is not the case. When we arrived everything went smoothly. Mr. Mohamed was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions each step of the way. We are happy with the new purchase and the service we received at Criswell. More
Disappointing and Unhelpful — No repairs made I went to Criswel Hondal in Germantown because they are close to where I live even though I purchased my car at a Honda dealership about an hour from I went to Criswel Hondal in Germantown because they are close to where I live even though I purchased my car at a Honda dealership about an hour from here. From the time I pulled into the service reception area, the service advisor showed little interest in helping me. No enthusiasm or customer service skills but he was sure quick to tell me all the ways I could possibly be wrong and even quicker to tell me that I'd be fully responsible for my repairs without even looking up my car to see if there was any warranty left. I ended up speaking with the service director and it seemed to be a good meeting, but when he chose not to call me back after the appointment I had with the technician the next day, I realized that they really had no interest in working with me at all. I ended up going back to the dealership where I purchased my car and my repairs were covered 100% under my Honda Certified warranty despite being quoted over $900 out of pocket by this dealership. Out of curiosity, I asked the dealership I ultimately worked with how much this would have cost if there was no warranty and it was under $600. On top of it all, that is a very surprising difference in cost! I will not return to Criswell Honda to service my current Honda nor to trade it in there when the time comes. They're right down the road but they've lost my business entirely! More

Best car buying experience! I walked into the dealership with the intention of just getting some ideas for a new car, but right away I was welcomed by a friendly salesperson. He informed us of all of our options and was never pushy to make a quick sale. Dominique is a very knowledgeable, caring, attentive, and patient salesman. On the finance side, we worked with Andy Russo and I can honestly say he was outstanding! We had our 2 year old with us so Andy made sure to expedite the process but also making sure we didn't miss out on critical information. He made the finance process run smoothly and I will say it was a very pleasant experience. Manager Esteban Mesa is very efficient, courteous, and professional as he makes himself readily available for support when needed and continuously works in unison with his team. Overall, we had a great car-buying experience at this dealership and look forward to working with this team when we come back for our next Honda. More
