I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products he was selling. Most importantly he listened to my requests and needs. It was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had purchasing a car. My initial visit was information collecting and test driving. Kwame spent an hour going over the highlights of the vehicle in meeting the needs I expressed. I found everything he presented to be true and correct. That is a new experience for me. I had visited 2 other dealerships and neither fulfilled my expectations like Kwame did. I also spent a fair amount of time with Victor Azari in finance. He was extremely accommodating and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and professional. It was very late and beyond closing and he continued to do everything he could to meet my needs. I appreciate Criswell employing people of such high caliber.
