After researching and visiting numerous dealerships, I am so happy we stopped at Criswell Honda in Germantown! From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were greeted with pure kindness and I knew from t so happy we stopped at Criswell Honda in Germantown! They had a beautiful selection of cars and made it so hard to choose! Huge shout out to the gentleman, Jay who took care of us from start to finish and made this whole experience one to remember. He took his time to explain every detail about the cars they had and let me tell you, he is very thorough! He was super patient with us and took his time and really listened to what we needed and what we were looking for. You can’t find that at other dealerships, trust me! I cannot express how thankful AND grateful I am to Jay and the Criswell Honda team for taking care of us and making us feel like family. I am on cloud nine!
