Emmanuel, the car salesman, was great! Very friendly, personable, helpful, took his time to invest in me as a customer. It was when the sales manager, Kevin Ferguson, came out is when my experience went personable, helpful, took his time to invest in me as a customer. It was when the sales manager, Kevin Ferguson, came out is when my experience went south. I felt as though as soon as he realized I was not going to purchase on the spot, his considerations for me as a customer fell off. He first gave me the incorrect quote on an EX-L model, in which is gave me a quote for the higher touring model. Then at the end when I asked for a final quote for the EX-L, he gave me almost the exact same quote. When I asked for the quote in writing, he dismissively stated he would email it to me and walked away without giving any directions or exchanging any contact information. I understand that dealerships dislike when customers shop around for prices, but I also feel as though the customer has every right to shop around for the best price and service. It was as almost as if I insulted him by asking for a print out of the quote he gave me. I get it: the current market for cars gives the shopper much less leverage and there are tactics dealerships use to entice sales, but at the very least I felt like he could have shown some common courtesy and basic customer service. I left feeling like I bothered him and it's been awhile since I've been car shopping so I was already a little anxious going in. Guess that's why a lot of people are opting for the online experience of car buying and with people like Kevin, I don't blame them. Thankfully, Emmanuel reconnected with me at the end and tried his best to help me out sensing I was a little perturbed, which I completely respect. I guess as a buyer it's hard to shop around nowadays. Apologies for the inconvenience Mr. Ferguson, but I was simply looking for a quote in writing to search for the best deal and if it was your dealership that gave it, I would have happily purchased. More

Steve was very courteous and great to work with when we were buying our 2014 Honda Pilot. He answered all our questions and made sure the buying process went smoothly without being pushy. The bodywork guy (I don't know his name) also did an excellent job fixing a dent on the right front fender. The whole process of buying was straightforward, fast, and easy unlike our experience with other car dealers. This dealership among other criswells lacks transparency and integrity. Kevin is short, rude, and lacks the full transparency that individuals in a leadership role should have.
