Happy Owner of a Newer Accord My recent purchase of my 2014 Honda Accord was my second purchase from Criswell Honda. Throughout the entire interaction, Tommy walked me through everything (This was my first time purchasing on my own) and made me feel as if I was a friend instead of a customer. He even helped me negotiate with the Used Car Sales Manager and made sure I was comfortable with everything along the way. Next, I went to Jessica in the Financing Department and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, caring, sensitive to my needs, and made sure to list out all of my available options. Like Tommy, she was very personable and treated me like she had known me all her life rather than a customer she had just been introduced to.
