My sister went into the dealership and few days before met with Karifa who she described as polite, fashionable, and professional she was very excited and told me she was going back on the weekend and encouraged me to come with her. I did. I did a test drive of the Stelvio it was fantastic, but, I didn't want to buy the first car I saw since I was in no rust to buy. During the month I went to a few more dealers and came back to Criswell and Karifa because I realize he was warm, personable, has excellent knowledge of his vehicles. I brought my Stelvio and am a happy camper. I contacted him 48h later and he was able to make me a great deal on the Stelvio and took extra measures to go above and beyond to keep my business local. It was much appreciated. When finalizing the paperwork, they also did a fair trade in to make my entire new car buying process as painless as possible. No deception or dealer tricks with him.
