Awful Customer Service Scott the service manager really should be in a Fiat dealer service center. No clue on how to interact with luxury clients. He found me my new Maserati Ghibli and scheduled another appointment to take delivery. Much less waiting around to complete paperwork, a personal review of car features with Alberto and I was off. My main salesman was Karifa Mara. We had met on a previous visit to the dealership, so returning to actually buy a vehicle was like reconnecting with an old friend. He was extremely attentive even to the fact that my son was getting hungry during the paperwork processing for the sale, and so he found him something to eat and drink. This is A++ service all around. Even the young service associate, Roberto, was an example of genuine attentiveness. all around this is the perfect example of customer service at its best. I have just bought my first Maserati, but this will not be my last, and I will come to Criswell to purchase the next one too! Keep up the great work! More
