Today we had the pleasure of walking in Crown Acura and being greeted by Dustin. We told him we where there to see a used MDX that we saw online. He quickly grabbed the car and pulled it around for us. He being greeted by Dustin. We told him we where there to see a used MDX that we saw online. He quickly grabbed the car and pulled it around for us. He then guided us through all of the features of the car while making casual conversation. A few minutes later and we were off on a test ride. While we drove Dustin again continued to explain the different driving modes on the car and explained the lane assist and adaptive cruise control. It was clear that he knew a lot about the car. By the time we made it back from the test drive it was clear this car was going to be the right one for us. Dustin made the whole process super easy. Normally the trade evaluation and price negotiations buying a new car usually stress my wife out but Dustin and the sales team at Crown Acura threw her a curve ball. They just made a really fair trade offer right off the bat. No negotiation needed. The numbers just made sense there was nothing to stress out about. Less than an hour later and we where driving off with our new car. Can’t say thank you enough, we really appreciate our experience with Dustin and Crown Acura. More
