Super easy transaction We all know how difficult and stressful the car buying process can be. I had reached out to several other dealers on a 2019 closeout model, and kep We all know how difficult and stressful the car buying process can be. I had reached out to several other dealers on a 2019 closeout model, and kept dealing with generic emails asking me the same repetitive questions, despite clearly stating not just the year make and model of the car I was looking for, but even the VIN and stock number of the car on their lot that I was interested in. After being frustrated at the lack of help and progress, I decided to reach out to Kyle about a 2020 they had on the lot. I figured, what could I lose? Kyle was AWESOME. I was at work, but wanted to capitalize on the Labor Day sales incentive, so time was of the essence. Kyle was super accommodating, actually listened to what I wanted, and went back and forth with me by text (which is just what I needed during a busy work day), going to bat for me with the Sales Manager, until we got the deal just right. Kyle simply asked me what I needed to make the deal work, without ever being pushy or deceptive. We agreed on a time to finalize the paperwork, and I literally was able to show up, sign on the dotted line, and drive away. The process couldn’t have been any easier or painless. I really was impressed. If you’re in the market for an Acura, give Kyle a call. I’m sure he’ll treat you right and give you the best deal possible, making car shopping pleasurable again :-) More

The sales representative, Jacob Loverdi explained the difference in price between a 2019 and a 2020 and it was quite obvious that I would get a 2020. I was very happy with the final deal and am now happily driving my 2020 TLX. Jacob went over everything with me and programmed by cell phone and garage door opener and everything is working fine. The driving is somewhat smoother than my 2015 and the transmission shifts much smoother also. I am very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend Acura and especially Jacob to anyone interested in purchasing a new Acura. He was very courteous and had the answers to all my questions. It was an excellent experience. I've been having my Acura"s serviced at Crown for years and have never found fault with anything they did. I also felt that the price was right. It's a wonderful company to do business with. More

My most recent visit to Crown Acura for service was absolutely wonderful...not just because of the mechanical issues being addressed with excellence, My most recent visit to Crown Acura for service was absolutely wonderful...not just because of the mechanical issues being addressed with excellence, but more importantly because of the service level received. I worked with Bart Bartley and from my first phone call to all of the service required, Bart was a pleasure to work with and was extremely customer-focused and service-minded. It really felt less of a transactional business relationship and more of a service-minded and service-focused relationship. I have heard it said that the sales team of a car dealership will sell you your first car, but the service team will sell you your next 5 cars. That is absolutely true and while of course Acura makes an amazing vehicle, it is the service levels from team members like Bart Bartley that will make me come back again. He did a great job and is an ambassador for the Acura brand. I appreciated his friendliness, his knowledge, how helpful and fair he was, his communication, and again the high level of excellence in which he delivered service. I felt that Bart was really looking out for my best interest with the various items for the vehicle. All of the issues with the vehicle were fixed in wonderful fashion as well of course.
