I'm a teacher and during the first week of school I had issues with my car failing to start correctly. I called the service department to tell John my concerns. Without skipping a beat, John told me to bring in my car and he'd check it out. It turns out that I needed a new battery. John squeezed me into the service schedule after he quickly diagnosed my car problem. It was a busy day, so I know this was no easy task. John was calm and so friendly even when I was concerned about finding a way of fitting me in. I wish all my service experiences were this exceptional! It seems harder and harder to find employees who are as dedicated to customer service as John Shaw is. Thank you, John, for caring about my problem, my time and my comfort.
