Exceptional Service, Quality and Integrity I went to Crown Acura for my first oil change in my new Acura RDX after scheduling online. I was promptly greeted by John Shaw. I felt like I had just run into an old friend. He listened to my concerns along with some time constraints I had that day and made an extraordinary effort to make sure my car was done on time. When I came back to pick up my car after service my sales rep Gillian Barnes recognized my name from the service appointment and showed up to say hi as well. I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing my car and now a great visit with John Shaw in the service department. I can honestly say I can finally look forward to my service visits and my time at Crown Acura and would not hesitate to recommend John Shaw and Gillian Barnes. Stephanie Barry greeted me with a warm and welcoming personality as she always does on every visit. The service manager John Schnepp, parts manager Garry Barrett, and parts specialist Rich Dolan, were also available to spend time making me feel welcomed on this visit. He has excellent customer service. He kept me in the loop regarding wait time. He mentioned all of the recommended work that eventually needs to be done and was not pushy at all. There was a little mix-up over the cost of service and he made sure that I received the price he quoted me. Overall wonderful experience and I will be back. More
