After turning in a full-size Hyundai Santa Fe to Crown, I felt I wanted to look at a Pre-0wned Acura RDX. Chris found a nice clean one that filled the bill. We drove it. I decided to take it I drove it home. and all seemed well with it. Within 24 hours I came to the realization that the car was too small! I emailed my concern right away. Chris and Gary went to work, found me a (larger) MDX and cheerfully went about swapping the two cars. They did this at no extra cost, over and above the price difference in the two vehicles. It’s really nice to know that you have your Acura dealer and it’s skilled professionals behind you when you have a hiccup in judgement, as I did is assessing the size of the RDX. That’s why we’ve bought or leased about 8 cars from Crown Acura...and we’ll buy more! On an additional level, Chris Duncanson is OUTSTANDING! He is so pleasant to deal with, and his care, consideration courtesy and professionalism present themselves at every step. We bought two cars that day instead of one. We set out to buy one, and it all went so smoothly, we decided to turn in my wife’s lease Acura TLX early and get the 2019 version. Call it Karma if you like, but we felt very comfortable with the second car, knowing that Chris, Gary, Ray, Jon, Sophie, John et al, are all right there to take care of us at all times, each and every step of the way!
