Not only was she knowledgeable (extremely), in respect to this vehicle, it seemed Gillian's top priority was to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. Even after our purchase, Gillian continued her service to us. She truly wants to make sure that everything about our car buying experience was as close to perfect as can be. Following all of this up was Leslie Magruder who carefully explained the in's and out's of the warranties and insurance options. She explained it in a way that even I could understand, in doing so I was able to make informed decisions on the different options. Since I'm here I feel like I should mention the service department as well. I have been bringing my TSX here for the past 5 1/2 years. They have always respected how practical I could be and always made sure to give me a priority list of services that I could have done, always respecting my financial situation at the time. Buy from Crown Acura was an excellent experience! Our experience with Kyle was excellent. I made two trips to the dealership so I could test drive the MDX under different weather conditions. Kyle was very knowlegable of the the vehicle and extremely helpful. There were no high pressure sales tactics. In the process of selling me my MDX he also leased a TLX to my daughter. We both found him very friendly. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. He answered all our questions and followed up the next day to answer additional questions. I completely trust Acura and the way they build cars, and of course their looks. The reason I only use Crown Acura is because of Chris Duncanson. I know that Chris is looking out for me and I'm his main concern. He works with you and I always know he's given me the best possible deal. The General manager Dan Morris, the Sales Manager Sophie Morris, Financial Manager, Leslie Magruder work as a team and make all for a smooth transaction in obtaining a car. The team at Crown Acura is a team to trust, and they always have my best interest. Besides an excellent team, I would be remiss if I didn't mention, John Shaw, He along with Chris is the reason I developed the trust I have. I know when my car needs service, John makes sure the car is serviced in an expeditious and excellent manner.
