Everyone there will make you feel comfortable and you just get the feeling in your gut that you are dealing with fair, honest, sincere and just nice people...so refreshing! I dealt with the service part as well and all the same things were felt on that side as well. Amazing experience! Gillian and the staff at Crown Acura exceeded expectations! We stopped in to test drive and unfortunately did not have a set appointment. It was Satu Gillian and the staff at Crown Acura exceeded expectations! We stopped in to test drive and unfortunately did not have a set appointment. It was Saturday and they were very busy. Not only did the general manager work with Gillian to make sure we had a great experience, they took their time and answered every single question we had. They did not have the color combination in stock, so Kyle encouraged us to look at other central Florida dealerships that had what we wanted and to use their offer as negotiating leverage (Crown's offer was the best). The other dealership matched the offer on our desired color so we ended up having to purchase the car from them. Kyle wanted us to be satisfied with the Acura we bought even if he wasn't the one that got credit for the sale! More
