She made the entire lease process simple and fast and helped us make the right vehicle choice. We look forward to working with her again in the future. We have had the included complementary Buick maintenance done twice at Crown and both times worked with William Hevel, Service Advisor. Service appointments are readily available and all work was performed quickly...we were in and out in an hour... they even provide a car wash.
