Not happy. ..picking up my vehicle, the updated oil change sticker was not changed. The oil % was not reset. I asked for the coolant to be checked, it has more ..picking up my vehicle, the updated oil change sticker was not changed. The oil % was not reset. I asked for the coolant to be checked, it has more water than coolant. Every time, I leave, few days later I have to add water. My lug nut is missing and was told it was missing prior. Crown services my car, so how come no one brought it to my attention. NOTE-My tires were rotated prior to this last oil change. I washed my car and to notice it was missing this past Sunday. BTW-My car was in a wreck (back end damaged) and brought to Crown's body shop and (Brett) cannot find pieces to repair. I'm looking for another vehicle but may have to visit other dealerships to purchase another vehicle because of this simple service and other services I have encountered. More

I wish I could give the service department a higher rating but it took 2 hours for an oil change. I had to bring it back again because they didn’t fix them check engine light clearly the first time. I spent close to $2000 and the car is still doing the same thing. Now they saying nothing is wrong. Curious why for 3 weeks the light has been on and the performance poor and all of a sudden everything is normal? If it wasn’t for the warranty on the parts they put in I would definitely go elsewhere. More
