I initially went to Crown because of a commercial Mr. Larry Oggs did regarding 0.9% financing on the Buick Envision. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the fine print and although I purchased a 2025 Envision Avenir, my choice mustn't have been on Mr. Oggs' list. I was disappointed with the much higher rates I was offered and asked if they were the best they could do for my exceptional credit rating. Being told they were and not wanting to lose the vehicle I fell in love with, I went with one of the offered rates, albeit much higher than the 0.9% Mr. Oggs advertised. While the finance process was fine, I left Crown with a new vehicle and a homework assignment from the Finance Department. Refinancing my vehicle is in my immediate future. More
