I was at Crown Honda for service and decided to talk to Sejad Gurdic about possibly upgrading my 2017 Accord. Ultimately, I decided not to buy as Honda has stop making Accord Coupes. Sejad worked very hard Sejad Gurdic about possibly upgrading my 2017 Accord. Ultimately, I decided not to buy as Honda has stop making Accord Coupes. Sejad worked very hard to find a fit for me, but ultimately I decided to keep driving my Accord Coupe that he originally sold me new in 2017. I wanted to write a review because Sejad is hard working, professional and very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. He is still going to keep an eye out for a truck for my husband and I look forward to working with him again then. Thanks Sejad. More

I bought a Honda Civic Type R brand new earlier this year. It broke down while driving two separate times, and was towed back to the dealership each time. The car was at the dealership for a total o year. It broke down while driving two separate times, and was towed back to the dealership each time. The car was at the dealership for a total of 24 days; a loaner vehicle was NOT provided. I was left to figure it out for myself, even though it was their initial misdiagnosis. The vehicle was eventually repaired and returned to me recently, with: a greasy steering wheel, scratches on the paint, and a chip on the finish of one of the wheels. An interior cover was removed that was irrelevant to the repair, and was left in the open - not sure why a center console piece was removed to replace the fuel pump. Misdiagnosed the issue and couldn't keep the appointment that was scheduled, resulting in further delays to the correct repair. Lots of lost time with no compensation or formal apology. I would NOT recommend this dealership if you value customer service or loyalty - I will spend my money on a new car at a different dealership next time - live and learn. Note: Michele was very sweet during the entire process. She made a terrible experience bearable. More
