New Car New Experience I recently leased a Honda CRV from Crown Honda. John Young was my sales person and set me up with everything before I came to the dealership. I had been looking online and gathering info about lease vs buy etc. I had owned a 2005 Honda Element used from a friend and became a Honda fan for life. The dealership was good to me with the airbag recalls so I though I would give them a try for a new or newer vehicle. John made it easy. The car I wanted with the color I wanted was at the dealership when I got there. I got the amount I wanted for a trade in and was set up with everything from A-Z before I left the dealership. No trip to DMV, no temp tag, no insurance calls. John took the time to sit in the car with me and show me all the bells and whistles. He called for a follow up just like he said he would. So far I am very impressed with Crown Honda and the experiences I have had with them. More

Excellent service experience My wife and I had our Honda Accord serviced on July 29th. We were fortunate enough to have Gary Phillips as our advisor. Gary kept us informed throughout our visit as to the situation regarding our car. He explained where adjustments and/or repairs were recommended and what the cost would be.
