We always have a great experience at Crown. We didn’t have an appointment but had a nail in the tire and needed an oil change. The were able to get us in and out within 90 min as promised. My first purchase with him as my Sales Consultant was a new 2017 CR-V, and when I was looking for a new 2023 Ridgeline and found that Mike was still working at Crown (5 years minimum at the same dealership), I immeadiately wanted to work with him again.
