I bought a car today! Sead our sales team member was exceptionally patient, thorough, knowledgeable and thoughtful. For example he deliberately took us on a diverse test drive going over bumpy roads and exceptionally patient, thorough, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Great Car buying experience Our sales associate, Hugo Gonzalez, showed us all the pre-owned, certified vehicles we were interested in and patiently explained the attributes of ea Our sales associate, Hugo Gonzalez, showed us all the pre-owned, certified vehicles we were interested in and patiently explained the attributes of each one. Upon finally selecting the vehicle we were interested in, we discovered an apparent pillar leak making portions of the interior roof wet. Hugo then asked if we'd be interested in looking at a new model of the same vehicle. It turned out to be an excellent choice for us. We slept on the decision and came back the next day to drive a new vehicle that had the options we were looking for and closed the deal. Hugo walked us through the entire car buying process and advocated for both a great deal on our trade and the purchase price of our new vehicle. My wife and I felt we got more than a fair deal from Crown; I haven't been able to say that in the past with previous car purchases. We will recommend both Crown Honda and Hugo Gonzalez to anyone we meet that is looking for a new or used vehicle. More
