John wasn't in so I got the privilege of working with James M. Olson and I am so glad I did. He made the experience painless, his customer service skills are fantastic and he paid attention to every detail. I would send anyone I know looking to buy a car to James M. Michael dealt with me in a professional manner. I was not able to complete the sale with him as he was not in the following day. Paul Velardi completed the sale and unfortunately did not know that I co not able to complete the sale with him as he was not in the following day. Had issues with every single department of this dealership. Emailed the GM on 9.17.19 and still havent heard from him. This is my famlies 3 crown honda used vehicle within the last year!!!!
