Far Better Than Expectations John Young made my experience buying a 2019 Honda Accord Sport the best I can remember in many years of car buying. I generally view a visit to a deal John Young made my experience buying a 2019 Honda Accord Sport the best I can remember in many years of car buying. I generally view a visit to a dealership as I'd view a visit to a dentist. However, John was a surprise. He was very personable, but didn't try to be my friend. He was very professional in that he asked many questions and used visuals as he patiently explained the differences between the various Accord models. He then took me to the floor models of the two models I had narrowed my search to, and explained the differences inside the car never being too brief or too lengthy in his explanations. He paused frequently to ask for questions and never once tried to move faster than I was willing, or able, to move with him. He never made me feel that I was being "pushed" to take a step he sensed I wasn't ready for. He just let me feel comfortable in coming to him at my own speed. At the end of my initial fact finding visit he gave me a price and, when I said I was going to shop other dealers' prices, he asked that I give him the courtesy of a return call or visit before I made a decision. I felt very comfortable with him and the friendly, professional yet comfortable way he approached the sale. I purchased a car from John 5 days later. Glenn Hanna More
