Be prepared to be pleasantly surprised The only reason I gave them 5 stars is because I couldn't give them 10 stars! I arrived at Crown Honda without an appointment on a hunt for a vehicle The only reason I gave them 5 stars is because I couldn't give them 10 stars! I arrived at Crown Honda without an appointment on a hunt for a vehicle that would be better suited for my son than the current auto we had.I had a number in mind and as a father my main concern was to put my family in a safe and reliable vehicle and pay a fair price. I was introduced to a sales associate named Richard Raia. To call Richard a "salesperson" would not be accurate, I would more characterize him as a product specialist. Richard took his time, never pressured us and patiently answered all of our questions.As one would imagine an 18 year old has questions. Richard never pressured or hurried us and the only priority was to provide our family with an appropriate product based on our needs NOT the dealers. We found a vehicle and since the auto was a bit older traditional finance was tricky. Mr Wayne Sebring and the finance team rolled up their sleeves and got it done. Never was I pressed into any finance deal unless it was completely agreeable AND get this they even managed to get us a full wrap warranty on our new vehicle allowing for us to have a protected vehicle for years to come. When my son goes back to school this fall and all his friends see his new flashy car I know there is only one place for them to go get their next vehicle. When there parents ask me I will be sure to tell them how they can rest easy, shop with confidence and leave completely satisfied then they need to prioritize going to see Richard, Before we left we even had the GM come over and meet us and thank us for our time and giving them the opportunity to earn our business. Wow... Make it your business to get on over and experience a completely different and client concentric experience and actually enjoy buying a car for once in your life. More
