WAY TO GO JOE! Joe Guercio is a recent addition to Team Honda and he was very pleasant and easy to work with. Team veteran Gloria Baraban worked with Joe to make sur Joe Guercio is a recent addition to Team Honda and he was very pleasant and easy to work with. Team veteran Gloria Baraban worked with Joe to make sure that everything was good to go and we closed out the deal on the 2004 Honda Accord for my son. This was his first car shopping experience and he is extremely happy with the car ( I haven't seen him since we left the lot ). We looked at other vehicles but the sales and service team at Crown Honda is what made all the difference on our decision to by this car the way that we did. We did not experience this level of service and attention at a couple of the other big lots near by which was kind of disappointing so opted to run back to Crown Honda to close the deal. By the time we got back the car was cleaned up ready to go for a second test drive just to make sure, While we worked with Cathy Keohan Joe filled up the tank and we ready to roll.
