The process was complicated by the fact that my wife is disabled, and her car needs some modifications for her to drive it. Mike told us about a Honda rebate program which we were unaware of at the time, which will help defray some of the costs associated with the car modifications, and even referred us to a friend who was in the business of making the vehicle safe for my wife to drive. Mike worked with us, to make sure the car we selected, by driving us to a company that could do the work. I think Mike went above and beyond to help us out, and has been very accommodating with follow up calls after the sale and delivery to teach my wife and I about the features of our new car. You would truly be amiss to buy a car and not ask for Tom. Not only did he keep me within my budget, but he was extremely knowledgeable about each car I asked about on the lot. He answered complex questions regarding the engines and other specifications naturally. Being a computer guy myself, it's nice to know that there's someone who knows as much about cars as I do about computers. As a family man himself, I can tell you that Tom Teel identified with my needs. I've never had someone do so in a way that is both as compassionate and genuine while shopping anywhere as he did for me today. My financing offer was fair, the cars I prospected were all priced appropriately according to Kelly Blue Book and the lot was clean and friendly. At one point, I got a bit excited about something out of my price range and instead of up selling me, Tom reminded me that it was more important to get my family safely to and from a location than it was to have bells and whistles. Any other salesperson would have taken that as an opportunity to lure me into a larger sale to benefit themselves. I can tell that Tom is going to have many happy clients and referrals (my girlfriend will be visiting him next year to upgrade to a new Accord).
