You would truly be amiss to buy a car and not ask for Tom. Not only did he keep me within my budget, but he was extremely knowledgeable about each car I asked about on the lot. He answered complex questions regarding the engines and other specifications naturally. Being a computer guy myself, it's nice to know that there's someone who knows as much about cars as I do about computers. As a family man himself, I can tell you that Tom Teel identified with my needs. I've never had someone do so in a way that is both as compassionate and genuine while shopping anywhere as he did for me today. My financing offer was fair, the cars I prospected were all priced appropriately according to Kelly Blue Book and the lot was clean and friendly. At one point, I got a bit excited about something out of my price range and instead of up selling me, Tom reminded me that it was more important to get my family safely to and from a location than it was to have bells and whistles. Any other salesperson would have taken that as an opportunity to lure me into a larger sale to benefit themselves. I can tell that Tom is going to have many happy clients and referrals (my girlfriend will be visiting him next year to upgrade to a new Accord).
