Great Salesman (Ralph Carter) Great Service from everyone Called this dealership on a late Friday afternoon, having seen a New addition on Car Gurus for a vehicle that we wanted. Called Ralph Carter and asked Called this dealership on a late Friday afternoon, having seen a New addition on Car Gurus for a vehicle that we wanted. Called Ralph Carter and asked for photos as none were available on line at the time. He took the time to go out to the vehicle took many photos inside and out and texted them to us late Friday. We told him we could only drive the 3 hours South to the dealership on Sunday, he said he would be there. We arrived right at opening time Sunday 12 noon. Mr Carter immediately went and got the vehicle out of the back lot and drove it around for us to see. We looked it over very carefully and liked it. Mr. Carter said lets take it for a drive. My daughter and I and Mr. Carter went out and he even directed me to the Interstate (I-275) so I could get the feel of it out on the open road. He would answer any and all questions and never even had a sense of hiding anything. So very refreshing for a used car. I can't say enough about his outgoing nature and helpful attitude. We did purchase this vehicle and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
