Service My one complaint is everytime I call and need to speak with someone directly, I’m always forced to leave a message and it typically takes me calling b My one complaint is everytime I call and need to speak with someone directly, I’m always forced to leave a message and it typically takes me calling back several times over the course of a few days before I actually am able to speak with someone. I am a private banker with a well known bank in the area and if it took me 36 hours + to call a client back, I would be fired. Also keep in mind that over the past 25 years, between my family, we all own Honda’s and we’ve owned a total of at least 25 Honda’s all together. But if I can’t get a returned phone call within 24 hours going forward, I am happy to find another make of car to drive. More
