I Love my Honda Element:) Marc Fatigati was very professional. They did forget to reset my oil level counter on my car, but came right out and reset it. He got me in right away and I had to wait a long time for my oil change even though I had an appointment. It was 7:30 in the morning and maybe that is what happens that early. I will inquire the next time as I didn't get out till almost 9:00. I like this dealership though as everyone is very nice. In reference to my purchase, I paid Cash for my car. More

Great experience Frank showed me all the options even though I had him running around the hole property, never once did I feel pressured into buying my new car. Ryan made the paperwork easy to understand and did not make me feel like I was rushed to get out of his office also one of the manager's came up to me to let me know that they were working on getting me the best deal unfortunately I don't remember his name.
