Great service! A very pleased customer! It was truly a pleasure to have my car serviced at Crown Honda. Brooks Falzone, my Service Advisor, handled my service order with much efficiency and It was truly a pleasure to have my car serviced at Crown Honda. Brooks Falzone, my Service Advisor, handled my service order with much efficiency and professionalism. He was thorough and worked hard to ensure that my car is serviced right away and that all its service needs are met. Brooks patiently sorted through the various coupons I brought with me, and he made sure that I got the best price for the car service. Time flew by fast while waiting for the car work to be done, as Crown Honda provides a beautiful and comfortable and spacious waiting facility, and a separate room with quiet, private booths equipped with modern computers for customer use. Only at Crown Honda could I say it was indeed an enjoyable experience to have my car serviced! More

Oil Change Greeted by Dawn Mechem who was excellent. Only downside to experience was that it took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and inspection. We scheduled an appointment ahead of time and the time it took for scheduled service took far to long. Not sure if drop in customers took priority. Other dealerships have 30 minutes or less on oil changes, so way can't Crown provide expedited service to those who make appointments ahead of time? Received coupon in email for special prices, but as usual, synthetic oil was higher. Aren't all new vehicles using synthetic now? More

No pressure car buying! Having to go car shopping after an auto accident, which wasn't your fault, is always a bad day. We had been to 2 other dealerships and could not find Having to go car shopping after an auto accident, which wasn't your fault, is always a bad day. We had been to 2 other dealerships and could not find what we were looking for and ended up at Crown Honda. Our sales consultant, Enver Bekric greeted us and listened to what we wanted in a car and made us feel very comfortable and we felt no pressure. Enver was very knowledgeable in all of the technical aspects of the new Honda CR-V and was very patient in explaining them to us. Overall, his friendliness and demeanor made our buying experience very pleasurable. We would highly recommend Enver and Crown Honda for your next auto purchase. More
