The paint job was completed in 5 days, and they gave us a free rental to use while the car was being painted. These folks are so nice!! I recommend crown honda for all your car needs. Great overall experience! Amy Simpson made this process very easy from start to finish! She made time for my husband and me during her vacation. He was really nice and patient to answer all our questions, especially in our case where we are not in local. Jonathan explained the detailed price and policy through the phone. He look at the actual mileage of the car we are interested. He showed us the real and honest side. He didn't let us feel he was pushing us to come, instead, he said: "let me know all you need". Jonathan worked very efficiently. While we are talking through the phone, he start the financial application and making sure we got pre-approved in the car finance. He didn't keep on calling us because he knew we are in work. He sent us email and made the appointment to call. On the other day when we went to the dealership, we met Jonathan and his assistant. Again, they are very patient to introduce the car during the test drive. They are humor and show their profession about the car. At the very last step, our best interests was to let car price meet our expectation. Jonathan shows he understand us and he has tried his best to explain each item. Overall, my wife and I very satisfy his help and we really appreciate his time and effort to reach the deal on 2015 Accord LX. More
