Quality of work I could not check, since this was a recall for a replacement part, I can't say how good the work was. I can assume it was as good as it was suppose to be. As far as Customer Service, I was disappointed in not getting calls returned to me about my appointment. I had to wait a couple of weeks until I met my assigned service rep to ask the questions I needed answered. I tried twice calling the service department and left two messages on different days. Which is why I was nervous when I showed up for my first visit to Service Dept since I purchased by Hyundai Tuscan. A friend of mine who is a regular Crown Hyundai lease-holder/owner steered me into looking at Crown Hyundai before I bought mine because he rated the Service Dept highly. He just leased a brand-new Hyundai Palisades just two weeks ago. I wonder if he ever got a referral credit for referring me to Crown when I bought mine last October. I mentioned his name....Frank and/or Barbara Burkett. More

I felt welcomed to say the least. The salesman I worked with was STEVE BEDNAR. Steve was a joy to work with during my FIRST car buying experience. He made things easy and was super personable. I would call Steve multiple times throughout the day with questions and that didn't seem to bother him the least. Steve went above and beyond for my request. I highly recommend this dealership and also STEVE BEDNAR when looking for your next vehicle! More

Glen is personable, professional, and not into high pressure. He wants the customer to get what the customer wants and needs, not what he wants to sell you. We recommend him and Crown highly -- and, for the record, we generally hate the process of buying a new car. We will consider Crown and Glen again. Thanks for great service! More
