I was car shopping for a Tesla Model X, & I specifically was looking for an older model so I can get unlimited Supercharging. I received a follow up messages from George & made a 10 AM appointment with him was looking for an older model so I can get unlimited Supercharging. I received a follow up messages from George & made a 10 AM appointment with him on March 4. Unfortunately, although George was very nice, however very uneducated about the car. Did not know if the car had unlimited supercharging, did not inform me that the car did not come with the adapter. I asked him for the second key for the car, told me he will go inside & get it, then left to go home & his co-worker told me I have to order it from Tesla. George apparently made an appointment for me with Tesla without checking the nearest service Center closest to my home, without checking if that time works for me, & most importantly, when it was time to leave, which was 5 PM, I couldn’t leave because the car was not charged & I had to wait 2 hrs to have barely enough charge to take me home. Now that I have had the car for a little over a week, I realized that the right falcon wing does not always open. I tried to get a hold of George but no response. So yes, he was friendly, but who wouldn’t be after making such an awesome commission off of a $76K car. Today I received a call from Tesla regarding “my inquiry” to purchase another key. I’m not sure why I never heard back from George & now I am not sure if I want to keep the car. I’m currently waiting till I take it to Tesla Service Center to make that decision More

While I am extremely happy with my new Chevrolet I must say I am very unhappy with the experience of purchasing my vehicle at Culver City Chevrolet. The biggest criticism is the total lack of care and comm say I am very unhappy with the experience of purchasing my vehicle at Culver City Chevrolet. The biggest criticism is the total lack of care and communication amongst the team members. In particular, the communication between the sales and finance representatives who failed to posses even the most basic level of communication. The outcome for me was an extremely stressful situation leading to a finance outcome that was not what I had agreed. When I tried to communicate with the team they didn’t even return my calls. Very very poor careless service. More
