Awesome Dealer Awesome Salesperson This is my third vehicle purchase from Currie Motors in Frankfort and I don't even live anywhere near them any longer! Yes they are worth the drive as This is my third vehicle purchase from Currie Motors in Frankfort and I don't even live anywhere near them any longer! Yes they are worth the drive as from the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm welcome and feel that YOU are important to them and they will jump through hurdles to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I had the pleasure this time to have Cornelius Murray as my salesperson and I cannot praise his customer service enough! He took his time helping me and my husband find the right Ford Escape for our needs and our budget. The store manager and the Finance department made sure we got the special Ford rebates that were available and worked hard to get the numbers to fit our budget as well. Car shopping is stressful but this dealer and its awesome employees make this burdensome event easier. More

Rude to women customers My husband called 3/22 about a shaking issue on his Ford F150 we've been having since the oil change we had done there. We fixed the control arm that My husband called 3/22 about a shaking issue on his Ford F150 we've been having since the oil change we had done there. We fixed the control arm that the mechanic said was going out and it still was shaking. The truck never had a shaking issue before the oil change. We called them and Pete or Bob said bring it in on 3/23 and we'll take care of you on the diagnostic test. We brought it in at 8 am and did not get a call to pick it up until 5:50. The mechanic had a list of things wrong with it that totalled $1300 worth of work, and he told my husband "while the truck is open you might as well get the bearings replaced even though they aren't worn." Which is another $900. So we headed to Currie motors which is a 20minute drive, to pick up the truck and speak with the mechanic. We we're then made aware that the mechanics leave at 6pm and there was no one to talk to. We told the dealer we bought the car from what was going on and he brought Ali over to speak with us. We told him what was going on and how it's bad business to tell someone they need all this work and then try to upsell them something they don't need, and then not be here to speak with about the problems. Well Ali clearly doesn't like when women voice their concerns and opinions because he looked at me and said I'm done talking to you, pay your bill for the diagnostic test, that I was told would be taken care of! I find it sad that in 2018 a man still thinks a woman should keep quiet. Little did he know my father was a mechanic and taught this girl a few things about cars! As a woman I would highly discourage women from doing business here. More

Efficient and completed in a timely fashion. We dropped our cars off and were able to walk to a breakfast restaurant. By the time we walked back 1 car was finished and our other was nearly done being service. We bough 2 cars on the same day in 2012 and always bring them back to Currie for servicing. Staff is always very pleasant and informative on what service is being done and why. Very please with Currie. More
