Ken was also friendly and respectful as well, when we were going through signing the final contracts and purchasing the new license plate sticker. The car was nicely washed and ready for me to show off to others. He made sure both my wife Valerie and I had a chance to test drive our vehicle before purchasing to familiarize us with its features and its handling characteristics. When we were talking numbers, Tony worked on the deal until we got to a number we were comfortable with. When we moved on to the contract phase of the deal, there was a slight mixup with the undercoat service and Tony and the finance manager gave us the undercoat for free just to keep us happy. Tony also personally bought us a bottle of touchup paint in case we needed it. Overall, Tony helped us out and he definitely cares about great customer service. More
