We were very pleased with our first experience with Jack Vogel in 2011, so went back to Jack when the lease was up on our 2011 Edge. Jack is very good at keeping in contact during the life of the lease and Vogel in 2011, so went back to Jack when the lease was up on our 2011 Edge. My husband and I came into Currie Motors looking at the possiblity of getting a new car since the one I had was on it's last leg. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted by Pete. He took the time to listen to what exactly we wanted and didn't want and immediately had the perfect car in mind. Due to my previous divorce, my credit wasn't the highest and Pete took the time to work through it with me to make a new car purchase a reality. I am so excited about my new Focus and love this car so much. I absolutely dread walking into a car dealership as I feel many sales people are very pushy, rude, and just care about the sale. Traditionally I have found purchasing a new vehicle to be frustrating. With over the top sales people who find it necessary to pressure you into a decision immediately, or upsell you into a vehicle that may frustrating. This definitely was not the experience we enjoyed at Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort. Leighton Clemons allowed us to explain what we were looking for and genuinely listen to what we had to say. Leighton is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. We felt more comfortable at this dealership than any other in the area. Dominick Venturella, Jason Latif and Ken Gohmann all added to our experience. My first visit to Curie Ford was in October of 2010. I was in the market for a SUV. Jack Vogel was the sales person that approached me and showed me what was available. He was extremely friendly and knowl was in the market for a SUV. Jack Vogel was the sales person that approached me and showed me what was available. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the Ford lines and hooked me up with a few test drives. I really enjoyed working with Jack. No pressure, and friendliness was a pleasant surprise. I ultimately purchased a Chevy Traverse a few weeks later. Fast forward to October 2013. My long daily commute combined with high gas prices and a large SUV had me looking to upgrade to a more economical car. I liked the looks of the new Ford Fusion and remembered my brief encounter with Jack 3 years prior so I headed to Curie Ford in Frankfort. Once in the showroom they paged Jack, and I was impress when he remembered my name and the models that I test drove with him 3 years earlier. He then proceeded to let me test drive a few different models, and let me be on my way. No pressure. After doing additional test drives with a few different dealerships I had decided the Fusion was the best fit for me. After a few conversations with Jack, he arranged to have a Fusion with the exact color and options that I wanted. Several weeks later he called me stating that the car was in and scheduled a time for me to come in and test drive it. “If I liked it perhaps we could make a deal, if not at least we tried our best” he said. To make a long story short I think I got a very good deal. We negotiated on the trade-in and the new car price and came to an agreement. This is the first and only time that I have ever felt completely comfortable with the deal that I had made. The rest of the experience was also nice. The Sales Manager, the Finance guy, and the Tech guy all made me feel like they appreciated my business which is all anyone could ask for. The car was delivered spotless and I was on my way. I have not needed any service yet so I have no comments on that. More
