outstanding service dept. I brought my 2018 Escape in for ATF replacement and was greeted immediately. Excellent Experience I have dealt with Rick Eilts previously for other purchases. Since the Ford Company is no longer manufacturing the Ford Flex, I was forced to upgrade I have dealt with Rick Eilts previously for other purchases. Since the Ford Company is no longer manufacturing the Ford Flex, I was forced to upgrade to a 2019. Rick accomplished the sale in one day, meeting my expectations, even transferring all items into my new car and later retrieving an additional item which had been missed. He also programmed my cell phone and transferred addresses in my new car, and erased my garage door opener and addresses from the GPS in my old car. It was a pleasant experience which moved much more quickly than expected. More
