Russell asked me all pertinent questions about what I was looking for and what me needs were. He showed me a vehicle he felt filled the bill. I LOVE it. I was leaning toward a foreign make. Although I do have a high opinion of Ford I just didn't think they could meet my needs. How wrong I was. It was evident that Russell was concerned about my wants and needs more than pressuring me and I am delighted! My Ford Focus fits the bill and prefer it to any foreign make.
