To begin the appraisal process was extremely difficult. We were insulted with the low ball offer. Had to get 2 managers involved and the offer increased by about $9000.00. The salesman is new on the job a We were insulted with the low ball offer. Had to get 2 managers involved and the offer increased by about $9000.00. The salesman is new on the job and didn't get the needed assistance until we decided to walk out. The additional add services offered were declined but the associates continued to reduce the initial costs and we were not interested. The bottom line is this was very stressful we ar seniors 73+ 75 years old. The whole process took 6 hours of our time. We did no get home unlit almost. Midnight! More
