I think it's deplorable that any of your folks get a "failing grade" for less than a 5 star review. This does not promote honest feedback. This will be the last survey I do based off of multiple experiences where I'm asked to provide 5 stars so it doesn't look bad on the person behind the desk. Puts customers and your employees in really bad positions. As for the work performed, it was satisfactory. Work performed was completed in timely manner and had good communication. That's it, that's all. More

I do not understand why we are told when we drop the car off that we need to do a 5 star review or else the service advisor will get a failing grade. How will this promote honest and real feedback?
