Scott, We are sorry to hear your vehicle was not ready when expected. The concern you came in for with the TPMS light needed to be addressed with Honda. The technician was given some tasks to check and ended up having to reset the system's computer. It unfortunately was something that ended up needing more time to resolve than expected. Ryan had mentioned he spoke to you around 11am about needing more time but ended up leaving you a message around 2pm that it was finished. We apologize that it took longer than you expected, we were trying to fix it for you that day without having to make you come back and drop it off again another day to do what we needed to do to fix it. I was not here this Saturday to help you out personally, please reach out to me if you have any other issues. This is the second time I’ve been back for the tpms , it doesn’t take all day to reset the system . Ryan called me an hour after I wanted to pick it up and said he left a message but I don’t have a missed call or voicemail . I appreciate not wanting me not to come back but this should have been fixed the first which o had to come back . So the service delegate failed the first time to fix the issue and second time with communication and meeting my need to reset a tpms message .
