Usually when have service and need my car by a specific time it’s ready . This particular time it was four hours later than expected , no communication that the car was ready . I had an opportunity to get a new key fob for my 2018 Honda Accord. It was my first time at Curry Honda. Chris Rodriguez. Was very helpful getting the service done. However, it took an hour and a half to complete what I have read online is a 15 minute key replacement. When I asked after an hour and 20 minutes where my car was and said that I saw people on YouTube videos, reprogrammed keys in five minutes, Brandon,Morgado another service manager, mocked me, and started laughing in my face. Chris Rodriguez was great Brando Morgado was very dismissive of my concern of an hour and a half for Key replacement. I was the first customer that day and four customers were serviced and left the dealership before I did. More

This is the third Honda CRV we have purchased from Curry Honda. We appreciate the quality of the automobiles as well as the Sales and Service Department. Ryan Great! Mechanic? Left 4 bolts on windshield after I was told all okay/had to bring back my car 3 times as more issues found = more $$$. I am hopeful the or Mechanic? That said Ryan worked very hard to help me out and was able to get me a car while I was inconvenienced for the third time and worked to minimize the inconvenience as well as the cost as best he could. Wish the dealership offered rides to customers or a car when the jobs last all day -2 days or more . Bumming rides from friends gets tricky. More

My scheduled appointment took 2+ hours. I did not receive a service video. My contact said he couldn’t send it. The status of my service was never updated. A problem was found and my contact said “just watch it, no need to do anything right now.” I know there is a service alert for the oil and fluid leak. Disappointed this was not a better experience. I won’t be back because I bought a Nissan while hanging around too long. More
