I purchased my car and was not able to pick up my Registration until the following Monday, 6 days later. My vehicle requires registration within 7 days which the dealership was unable to provide to me. I had to do it on my own and then get a receipt for reimbursement. When I told the dealership of the conflict in time they did not offer a loaner car to take while the dealership takes care of the required service on my new vehicle. More

Accurate and prompt I called ahead to see how much my service was going to cost. The estimate he provided over the phone, even with a repair we weren't sure was necessary, was very accurate. Jon also covered the rental we needed as the service was extensive and they had no loaners available at the time. Jon was friendly and knowledgeable, as always. We needed the 105k tune up, and a LOF. The service was completed and ready well before we were ready to pick it up, and we received no issues for getting the rental back in the afternoon. I'm not able to recall who helped me on the Nissan side, but I was treated with respect and offered help in transferring my car seat over the Honda side while I had my toddler with me. More
