Rude and Condescending employee I brought my car in for a rattling noise. I requested a visual examination of the car first and the man that I was dealing with argued with me for alm I brought my car in for a rattling noise. I requested a visual examination of the car first and the man that I was dealing with argued with me for almost 10 minutes to try to get a $65 road test. He eventually agreed to visually have them inspect the car where they did find the problem. When I came to pick up my car he again began to talk very rude and disrespectful when I asked a question about the bill. I then asked him if there was a reason he was speaking to me so rude. His response was he didn’t like to be questioned. He also proceeded to tell me that by having them visually inspect my car I didn’t get it repaired the correct way even though the problem was seen by a visual examination. Behavior like that should not be allowed on the front line of customer service. I am grateful that Tony was able to step in and handle my service at the end. He handled it very well. More

From start to finish, Aimee was awesome at answering all of our questions regarding what was covered under our extended warranty and when I mentioned I was still having an issue with one of my tires consistently losing air she had them test it multiple times to find the TINY hole that was causing the issue and had them patch it.
