Eileen, I am very sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us on November 26th. It sounds like we were having a challenging day when you came in. We are a pretty busy dealer but never really have overbooking issues or lack of technicians. I think after researching the day and what we had written up for work etc. that we might have had some overbooking because of our new online web-based booking system, there were some glitches we have had with it recently, but was taken care of last week. I see it was the first time we serviced the vehicle for you, I apologize it was longer than planned and as far as being reminded 3 times of your appointment, that seems excessive, I will look into that. I want you to know we are a dealer that really cares about our customers and what they think of us, and want you to know we do care about how you feel and your experience here that day.
