However, that recommendation was only included in the online report. For some reason, it wasn’t mentioned to me in person, so I assumed the filter had already been replaced. When I checked out, I realized it hadn’t been done, and now I have to schedule another appointment. I just wish they had informed me directly so everything could’ve been handled at once. More
