Service Dept I received an online coupon for oil change, tire rotation, alignment check, check all fluids and filters. Since my CRV was due for oil change I called I received an online coupon for oil change, tire rotation, alignment check, check all fluids and filters. Since my CRV was due for oil change I called booked appt easily for the the following Monday afternoon as I was out of work early that day. When I arrived I was waved right in and service advisor Joe went over the car with me. The oil change was actually free because it was the first one since I purchased the car. Joe was very thorough and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need, he also checked on a recall and if transmission fluid needed to be changed. I was able to get oil changed, tranny fluid changed and recall done that day. Very pleased with service and how easy they are to work with. More
